I have been a loyal customer of the water shop for over 12 years, and I must say that the service has significantly declined over time. While the service was excellent in the beginning, it is now second-rate at best. One major issue I have encountered is the lack of response to emails. It seems that unless I call them, my emails go unanswered. Recently, I had an issue with my reverse osmosis system, which was advised to be replaced due to its age and the need for parts replacement.
